The idea of TPR!

TPR is a language teaching method that hardly used in 2nd language. This theory based on the way how children learn their first language and aim of TPR is be able to use childrens natural abilities when they learn a second language.

As you know after they were born, children learn their first language through experiences with the world around them. They are touching, seeing images and hearing sounds. Because of this reality every new word attached to a physical action in TPR method. In addition, due to the fact that we try to ensure to thinking children in the target language, translation is never used in TPR.

    I love this picture. The girl is very cute..

    When I got information about this method I realized that we already use this method. But we don't know how to use. I think every teacher should be conscious of how they teach and progress their TPR skills.

    I agree you. When you teach in class I think your all movements are also a part of Tpr..However the most important thing, know to how could be progressed it more!
